After the second, 1-hour phone call with the foreign lady from AT&T, they finally sent out a second tech to deal with the “no signal” problem. He spend almost 5 hours working in the yard. He was forced to lay a new line as the previous tech spliced the coax cable seven times. He finally got everything working. After two days, we’re back to square one. First it was Time Warner Cable, now AT&T. Although, I can’t complain too much since we’ve never had internet problems.
